PAUL MORROW, P.E.
Founder and President
Paul Morrow is the original founding member of Morrow Energy. He has over 30 years of experience in the natural gas industry and over 20 years in the RNG sector. Paul began his career as a teenager working in facilities construction, while earning a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and a Masters of Business Administration at Texas Tech. He has served on the Chemical Engineering External Advisory Board at Texas Tech for the past three years. Recently, Paul was awarded Texas Tech's 2020 Distinguished Engineer Award through Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering. As President, Paul leads the strategic planning, development, and management of Morrow Energy.
Joshua Hull, P.E.
Senior Vice President
Hull has worked for Morrow Energy since its founding and currently serves as the Senior Vice President. Hull oversees the operations and engineering efforts for the entirety of Morrow along with the equipment engineering for Morrow’s fabrication shop. He has been a key part of development negotiations and dealings. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Texas Tech University and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas Permian Basin. He completed his P.E. license in 2015.
Peter Smith, P.E.
Vice President of Operations
Smith joined Morrow Energy in 2016 and is responsible for all of Morrow’s field and plant engineering and operations. As the head of Morrow’s operations staff, he is an integral part in continuing to keep its plant runtime averages above 98%. Previously, he spent five years at Norwood S&S where he served as the Vice President of Engineering. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Texas A&M. He completed his P.E. license in 2019.
Remembering David Morrow, P.E.
Served as lead consultant for Morrow Energy
David received a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and a Masters in engineering from Texas Tech University. David started his career with Shell and then worked for Rexene and Perry Gas. He co-founded Wilson Gas Processing in 1978 and later started SouthTex Treaters as a project for Texaco. David participated in Morrow Energy’s R&D division. He was a senior subject matter in complex processing and treating applications.
